New: Great News!!! On April 13th the
The Tacoma City Council unanimously upheld the January 7th Hearing Examiner
decision released that the
applicants request for rezone, site plan approval, and preliminary
plat modifications be denied. You can read the full

This is a clear victory and puts a very difficult burden to overcome
for the developer. At the time of this writing, it appears
very unlikely that the golf course development will proceed in any
form.
Rules
and Regulations were adopted by the board of directors
during 2007 setting
a reasonable and fair method to improve the enforcements of our
covenants. This is intended to provide protection to the
neighborhood as a last resort means of motivation to those
few homes that are clearly out of compliance and fail to respond to

Information. Please keep a close watch on your small pets.
As most of you know a family of coyotes makes their home between our
green belts and
Dash Point State Park. These animals can often be seen and
heard within the neighborhood.
