ensure compliance the Stonebrook
Covenants. The

Compliance Inspection Form can also be helpful in looking at
your own house and property in deciding what projects you want to
get done this summer!

written summary judgment.
Off-Leash dogs running loose in our neighborhood are not
allowed. Please report violations immediately to King
County Animal Control at (206) 296-7387 (press 24 to file a
complaint.

Rules
and Regulations were adopted by the board of directors
during 2007 setting
a reasonable and fair method to improve the enforcements of our
covenants. This is intended to provide protection to the
neighborhood as a last resort means of motivation to those
few homes that are clearly out of compliance and fail to respond to
the normal friendly reminders. Here you can find an

Coyote
Information. Please keep a close watch on your small pets.
As most of you know a family of coyotes makes their home between our
green belts and
Dash Point State Park. These animals can often be seen and
heard within the neighborhood.
