Planning and outdoor project?  Need to paint your house?  Our covenants require that all projects be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), so avoid any hassles by contacting the ACC before you start.  Please allow 30 days for the review process, but in all likely hood your project will be approved within a week.  The process is painless and simple:

2. Complete and print out the form.  Please carefully review all guidelines and instructions to better streamline the process and avoid any difficulties.

3. Mail the completed form with attachments to:
