Dear Homeowners;

Your board, which strives to maintain and enhance the beauty and value of Stonebrook and our quality of life, has been working for the past year to clarify and spell out portions of the Association’s governing documents and to address the few homeowners who fail to promptly correct covenant violations.  The Board has worked with the Association’s attorney, Greg Cromwell, in carefully drafting and approving a fine schedule that the board intends to adopt.

Please read the enclosed Rules & Regulations in its entirety.  The Board welcomes written input/comments from the homeowners during the next 30 days from the date of this letter.  The Board will seriously give consideration to all input, and after the 30 days has expired, the Board will officially adopt the Rules & Regulations schedule.
