newsletter submittal. Teri will contact Diane to see if she will do newsletter.
** Discussed meeting formats, agenda, action follow through. Teri will review and modify as necessary

** Discuss bond issue. What needs to happen to release the bond?
Write letter to Tucci, (cc King count and city) asking them to take action and get the bond released
** Landscape Committee - Alan will relinquish the helm of this committee, but still wants to be involved. Mike Sullivan will coordinate the next meeting of this committee and will ask for another person to lead at that time. One of the actions for this committee to work is the maintenance contract on the islands.
** Discussed covenant revision related to controlling landscape growth. Motion was passed to form a committee to research this revision and bring it to a vote. Rich Dustman will lead this activity.
** Discussed drainage issue that is currently affecting 5 properties. There is an existing drain to the street that is plugged. Need to get someone out to clean out drain, reconnect pipes and put in clean out ports to make it easier to rectify in the future. Decided to call this out in the next newsletter and gather together property owners affected by this to possibly get this fixed all at once.
