** Landscape

Alan transferred “the book” to Mike

Rick and Mark will take control of the pond maintenance.

Discussed new entry lights for entryway. Discussed whether to have a one-time special assessment vs. financing the project and raising the dues on an ongoing basis. Pat R. will continue his investigation on this issue related to financing options, etc.

Entryway Island. Rick D. will investigate what it takes to turn water back on and determine schedule for operations.

47^th Landscape Improvements. Reviewed bid from last year. Mike will pursue this with the contractor.

** Discussed newsletter status. Will go out in two weeks. Will add note about neighborhood garage sale on 6/2/01.

** Discuss dues issue with house on 47^th. Will wait to hear from Tucci on status.

** Continued discussion on annexing Division IV.
