** Discussed new covenants for tree height restrictions.
Deborah will fax the proposal to the association lawyer for review and meet with other associations. Will try and have ready to review at June meeting. Will shoot for inclusion in the July newsletter.
** Landscape Committee
Had good first meeting, already have volunteers for various projects. Already fixed broken section of fence. Interested in getting additional bids for ongoing landscape maintenance due to current contractor not pulling the weight. Need to get clear understanding of how much is budgeted for landscape improvements. Discussed budget allocation and synced up
** Next Newsletter
Discussed newsletter. Joel volunteered to put together next issue, will shoot for a mid-July date. Teri will follow up with Date
** House on Hoyt
Have spent $800 on fees trying to get him to pay dues. Still waiting on Tucci for status. Teri will follow up with lawyer to get him going to settle this.
** Neighborhood Garage Sale
June 2nd is that date.
