** Minutes read and approved.
** Gave John Junk a big THANK YOU!, and gift certificate for all his work in the ponds, pond fountains and all his volunteer work in general. THANKS JOHN!!!
** ACC. One trellis and paint job approved (_not_ purple!). Doug will also start drafting a paper that addresses acceptable roofing material, as the roofs are aging in the neighborhood.
** Treasurer’s report. We have $18k and some change in the bank.
** Landscape Committee. Still considering switching maintenance companies.
47th Improvements - Progress has been made, but still a work in progress.
** Pond Maintenance Status. Discussed current state of the landscaping around the ponds. Agreed that we need to all go down and come to consensus on what we want, and balance that against how much money we have to spend.
** Drainage on 329th. Terri sent letters to city to support the homeowner for this situation. Have not heard status from Rich/Dan on status.
** Tree height covenant. Covenant has been reviewed by the board. Pat will follow up with Dustman’s on recommendation.
** House on Hoyt. We will move forward with removing the exemption from the covenants.
** Burnt House on 47th. They still have not applied to a permit. They still maintain that everything will be done by Christmas….
** Newsletter. Need articles and owners. Joel so send list out.
