** Minutes read and approved.
** Pond Review. Met at ponds before meeting and surveyed the area. Came up with some good ideas, John Junk will ask his architect to propose some sketches for potential ideas. We will review again at next meeting.
** 47th Landscape. We reviewed the landscape on 47th after looking at the ponds. It looks very good and a big thanks to Alan for sticking with the project. Still need more bark and some other issues need to be addressed, but looks great overall.
** ACC (Doug). 4 new requests (3 paintings, 1 new fence) this month.
** Treasurer’s report (Mark). We currently have $16,627 in the bank. Discussed raising the dues this year; will include article about raising dues from $150 to $225 in the newsletter.
** Landscape Committee (Mike). Mike reviewed itemized landscape budget proposal for 2002 and discussed. All agreed that the items and costs look reasonable.
** 329th Drainage Issue. Rick will be involved in the mediation process for determining how to fix this issue and report at next meeting
** House on Hoyt. Putting lien on the house and rescinding amendment to covenants.
** Surface water drainage across sidewalks. Teri will check with city on policy for this issue.
** New Planting for Entryway. Pat proposed new seasonal plantings and spring bulbs.
** Work party for burned house. Pat suggested getting some folks together to fix up yard on burnt house. Tentative date is 11/11.
** Annual Meeting. Need to schedule meeting and reserve school. Will tentatively schedule for December 4th. Need to have meeting notices and proxy statements out by 11/1.
** Newsletter. Need articles and owners. Joel needs to get off his keister and get going.
