Stonebrook Homeowners Association Meeting Minutes 11-06-01

Attendees: Joel Chaplin, Teri Johnson, Pat Robinson, Rick Dennison, Jeff Kurle

Next Meeting: Annual Meeting – 12/10, 7:00pm at Green Gables cafeteria

** Minutes read and approved.

** Most of the meeting centered on finalizing content and corrections for the newsletter. We also discussed the annual meeting, mailings that need to go out, etc. Joel will print the meeting notice letter, agenda, and proxy statement and give to Rick to copy. We agreed not to meet next month due to annual meeting.

** Landscape Committee. Received bids from FMC and H2O. The Landscape Committee is reviewing the bids and will have a decision by December.

Old Business

** Surface Water Across Sidewalk. Teri has the addresses of the homes with the water draining over the sidewalk. Still checking with city on what needs to be done to correct this.

** Vandalism at Ponds. John Junk made some no trespassing signs and will be posted along fence.

New Business

** Discussed officers for next year. Will seek out “volunteers” over the next month.
