** Pond Landscaping **
Discussed strategy for moving forward on the ponds. John Junk will ask Peter (Landscape Architect) to price out the base landscape features (rockery, large plantings, etc.) as a starting point. We agreed that the priorities should be: lighting/electrical, border rockeries (backhoe requirements) and willow planting. He would like to have the information emailed or given to Jeff Kurle, who will then schedule a meeting to discuss.
** Security and Safety **
Brian Westberg contacted FW police speed watch program and
they will bring out trailer and van in the near future to place on 47th
during the week at regular intervals.
Brian also left messages with the Public Safety officer of the
department to discuss the other safety issues on 47th. Brian also talked to some homeowners close to
the entryway and asked them to leave their outside lights on at night to improve
the safety of the area. He also will
leave letters with other homeowners in the same area that he could not talk to
person
