** Treasurer Report **

There is currently one house outstanding on dues.  Current bank balance is $32,815.49.

** Pond Landscaping **

We met with Peter (architect) on pond project last month.  John Junk also met with a potential contractor to get started on the rockery and initial work.  All agreed to meet with contractor in the next couple weeks if he can start.

** Security and Safety **

Speed measurement devices are currently deployed on 47th.  Discussed the need to try and get speed bumps on 47th again.

** Architectural Control Committee **

Empty lot by Rick Dennison’s house needs a letter sent to Tucci to maintain weed growth.  One paint request was approved.

Pat also brought up the subject of composite roofs, and that we should probably start considering that people will start wanting to use composite roofing and that we should prepare responses.

** Landscape Committee **

Discussed maintenance on the pond, and need to get it mowed more often.  Current contract is to mow 4 times per year.  Agreed that it needs to be mowed every three weeks, each pond mowed concurrently.  Mike will call H2O to coordinate.

Mike met with city on the lighting and the ponds.  They requested a written explanation of the scope of work we are doing on the ponds and they would get back to us on the approval process.  They also requested the same information on the lighting as well.  The lights have been ordered and should be in by mid-July.

John Junk mentioned that the south pond pump may need maintenance. Also mentioned that the ponds are very stagnant right now and may have to be treated to eliminate mosquitoes, etc.

Pat has ordered flowers to plant in front of the signs.

** New Business **

Teri procured the storage unit to store association equipment.

Garage sale is this Saturday, 17 people have signed up.
