Stonebrook Homeowners Association Meeting Minutes 7-15-02

Attendees: Jeff Kurle (President), Teri Johnson (Treasurer), Mike Sullivan (Board Member and Landscape Committee Lead), Pat Robinson (Board Member), John Junk (Landscape Committee member, Volunteer extraordinaire), Joel Chaplin (Secretary)

** Treasurer Report **

Current bank balance is $31,167.23. Received approval for association credit card to finance pond project, working on increasing the credit limit to accommodate cost of the project.

** Pond Landscaping **

Everything has been approved by the city and project is a go! John will meet with contract one more time to finalize pricing.

** Entry Way Lighting **

City want final drawing on where lighting will be placed so the landscape architect is putting this together and will send to city.

** New Business **

Discussed the dumping of yard waste at entry to Dash Point State park. John Junk will look into possibility of posting no dumping signs. Mike Sullivan will also ask H2O if they can mow park entry area on a regular basis.
