** New Business **
Brian discussed the recent approval for speed bumps to be installed on 47th. The city needs to come out and discuss the implementation process with the association. The homeowners on 47th must also approve the installation of speed bumps for them to move forward. Follow on action is to invite city representative to the next meeting to discuss.
** Pond Landscaping / Lighting **
The Electrical work had been completed in entryway to support new lighting and permit process. Thanks to John for getting this done. John will meet with city next week to discuss final permit process to go forward with the lighting.
First load of rock has been delivered for ponds, another will be delivered next week. Everything is progressing on schedule.
Final cost for pond project was $21,600, with approximately $8,000 amount paid from line of credit and $13,600 from homeowner dues.
Final estimate for lighting project is $8,500
