** South Ponds **

Donnie Anderson (homeowner adjacent to the South pond) and Landscape Dreams (contractor who performed work on North pond) have come to an agreement on finishing the landscaping for the South pond.  Landscape Dreams will perform the large work, such as moving boulders, etc.  Follow on work, such as spreading fill dirt and beauty bark would be done by Donnie and any volunteers that would be willing to help.  Donnie would pay initial payment to Landscape Dreams to get work started, the homeowners association would then reimburse Donnie in January.  The homeowners association will pay a maximum of $3,000 toward the improvement of the pond, with Donnie and Stacey Anderson paying the remainder of the landscaping above this amount.  Donnie and Stacey signed a contract drawn up by Teri Johnson, stating the terms of the agreement and the financial arrangements
