Stonebrook Homeowners Association Meeting Minutes 1-14-03

Attendees: Jeff Kurle (President), Tim Roberts (Vice President), Teri Johnson (Treasurer), Mark Oswald (ACC Lead), Mike Sullivan (Landscape Committee lead, Board Member), Rick Dennison (Board Member), Pat Robinson (Board Member), John Junk (Landscape Comm. Member), Joel Chaplin (Secretary)

Next Meeting: February 11^th, 7:00PM at Tim Roberts House

Overall meeting was very brief, as the annual meeting just occurred in December.

** New Officers **

Appointed new officers and committee leads for 2003, and are as follows:

President – Jeff Kurle

Vice President – Tim Roberts

Treasurer – Teri Johnson

Secretary – Joel Chaplin

ACC Lead – Mark Oswald

Landscape Committee Lead – Mike Sullivan

Safety and Security Lead – Brian Westberg.

** New Business **

- We discussed the idea of sending a monthly letter to homeowners who are in violation of the covenants. Joel C. will draft a template and discuss at next homeowner’s meeting.

- Everyone agreed that we should plan for another annual neighborhood inspection sometime in late April or early May. We will finalize a date by March.

- Roofing: We need to draft wording on new roofs and what is acceptable. WE should also look at the covenants as a whole and see if there are other items that need to be changed. Items such as home business, tree height, audit requirements, etc., should be addresses as a whole to avoid multiple covenant revisions.
