** Speed Bumps on 47th **
All approvals have been obtained and the speed bumps are on target to be installed in the July/August time frame.
** Security **
Brian Westberg and neighbors are considering putting in their own security monitoring on 47th. Brian will price out the options and propose a solution to the 47th st. homeowners.
** View Preservation Discussion **
Sharon and Russell Rosengreen attended the meeting and would like to learn more about the view preservation activity that was started a year ago, and if that activity can be restarted. The proposal that was developed by Rich Dustman was reviewed and discussed, as well as what is required to implement a change/addition to the covenants. Discussed that there has to be a vote by all of the lot owners, and we need a simple majority of all homeowners to pass. Russell and Sharon will spearhead an effort to put a informational package together and start this process again.
** Treasurer Report **
All dues have been paid, with one exception waiting on escrow. Current bank balance is $17,282.63.
** Garage Sale **
General feeling was that the garage sale was successful, although it was felt that maybe more effort could be put into it from the board. It was suggested that a committee could be formed next year to put more effort behind it. An idea was proposed that homeowners should vote at the annual meeting on a date to have the meeting so participation could be maximized, and that a committee can be formed. Also discussed including the cost of the garage sale (~$50) in the annual budget.
