** Landscape Committee **
The North pond pump is burned out; John has replacement pump at work and is getting it ready to go. One item that needs to be completed before the new pump put in is the lowering of the silt levels in the pond, as the silt level is currently at the same level as the pump intake. The current plan is to check with the city to see if they will dredge it for us; if not we will pursue and independent plan.

Reviewed proposal put together by the Rosengreens, will circulate to the board members for more comments.
Fence Repairs –
Pat is currently working on fence repairs
Gravel on Park Entrance Trail –
Agreed to contract to have gravel placed on trail.
New Business
We discussed the need to solidify the monthly meeting agenda and format going forward so meetings run more smoothly and efficiently. Also, the minutes from the previous month’s meeting will be reviewed prior to the start of the meeting to ensure actions items are tracked and follow through is achieved. The order of the meeting will be as follows:
