Minutes for the 9.15.03 meeting were read and approved.

** Landscape Committee **

Barking of the pond areas is proceeding; looks great!

** ACC **

Need to pursue getting approval form on web and increase awareness of need to obtain pre-approval before undertaking major outdoor projects.

** Treasurer Report **

Current bank balance is $ 6,398.73. Teri will bring the 2004 budget to the annual meeting in November.

** Old Business **

Newsletter –

Pat still collecting articles for the October newsletter. Inputs are due by 10/15.

Annual Meeting –

Still on track for November 11^th. Joel will update addresses and give Teri a new copy. Teri will reserve the room at Green Gables. Joel will email Teri last year’s agenda to use this year, and she will put the agenda on the newsletter.

Home Depot Credit Card –

Teri will pursue the credit card further.
