Stonebrook Homeowners Association Meeting Minutes 1-20-04

Attendees:  Jeff Kurle (Board Member), Teri Johnson (President), Joel Chaplin (Secretary), Mike Sullivan (Treasurer),  Rick Dennison (Board Member), Tim Roberts (Vice President), Pat Robinson (Board Member), Bob and Eloise Trout (ACC Committee), Brian Westberg (Safety Committee lead)

 

Next Meeting:  Next meeting is Tuesday, February 24th at Teri Johnson’s house.

** Meeting Minutes Review

-          Previous meeting was annual meeting; no printed minutes were reviewed but all thought the annual meeting went well

 

** Treasurers Report

-          We currently have $22,788.05 in the bank.  Dues are still coming in, with a due date for all dues by 1/15.

 

** Landscape Committee Report

-          Tim Roberts will contact a landscape company to review the cul-de-sac improvements that we need to accomplish this year and give us a bid on the landscape and irrigation projects.

 

** ACC Report

-          No report this week.  Pat reviewed the ACC review process for Bob & Eloise who are members of the committee this year.

 

** Safety Committee Report

-          No new projects.   Brian mentioned he it working on trying to get two more neighborhood watch signs.  Brian also mentioned that traffic on 47th seems to be down (at least the speed of the traffic) since the speed bumps have been in stalled.  Brian will contact the city to try and get statistics on traffic volumes in the neighborhood.
