** Meeting Minutes Review
- Previous meeting was annual meeting; no printed minutes were reviewed but all thought the annual meeting went well
** Treasurers Report
- There are currently 15 homeowners with outstanding dues; Mike Sullivan will begin to send out reminder letters in March. We currently have $31,278.28 in the bank.
** Landscape Committee Report
- Tim Roberts reviewed the bid from Family Landscaping to re-landscape the cul-de-sac islands. The estimate came back at $2,690, which is well under the original estimate. The bid was discussed and it was agreed to proceed. Replacement of light bulbs for the Stonebrook singes was also discussed.
** ACC Report
- Mark discussed some letters that need to go out for covenant violations; he will get letter templates and send out.
** Safety Committee Report
- Brian sent an email in related to traffic statistics after the speed bumps have been installed on 47th. The average speed has gone down, and the traffic volume is down substantially.
- Brian also mentioned that we can receive 2 more block watch signs if we agree to have the block watch rep attend a monthly homeowners meeting
** Old Busines
- Bailey Fence. Teri forwarded all correspondence to the Stonebrook lawyer.
- View Amendment. Russell Rosengreen hopes to have something to bring forward for review by the middle of March. Teri will contact Russell for additional status.
- Newsletter. Aiming for release on 4/15, need all articles by 4/1.
- Garage Sale. Annual garage sale is targeted for 5/1.
