** Meeting Minutes Review
- Minutes were read and amended. One correction was made to the status of the letter to Mr. Bailey.
** Treasurers Report
- There are currently 8 homeowners with outstanding dues; letters will be issued. We currently have $31,028.18 in the bank.
** Landscape Committee Report
- All islands have been completed!
** ACC Report
- Need to communicate to homeowners that paint swatches need to be larger in order to correctly judge the color.
** Safety Committee Report
- No report this meeting.
** Old Busines
- View Amendment. There were several people at this month’s meeting to discuss this amendment, and various revisions and clarifications to the amendment were discussed. Mailing of amendment will go out in mid-April, with vote scheduled for May 4th.
- Newsletter. Will be sent with view amendment in mid April.
- Garage Sale. Payment is due by April 27th, with garage sale scheduled for May 1st.
** New Business
- The roofing issue was discussed at this month’s meeting and whether “shake like” composite should be considered. More discussion will occur over the next few months.
