** Meeting Minutes Review
- Minutes were read and approved.
** Treasurers Report
- There are currently 4 homeowners with outstanding dues; Mike Sullivan has sent late notices out to the homeowners who have not paid. We currently have $27,322.53 in the bank.
** Landscape Committee Report
- Discussed the need to have the entry way signs cleaned for spring and getting the center island leak fixed. Mark will coordinate this activity for the first part of May.
** ACC Report
- Mark discussed the need to have bigger samples from homeowners submitting plans for house painting. Mark and Eloise also mentioned the need to have homeowners submit plans in a more timely fashion.
** Safety Committee Report
- No report this month.
** Old Business
- View Amendment. The revised view amendment was sent out along with the most recent newsletter, in preparation for the full homeowners meeting on May 4th at Green Gables. Teri read the proposed agenda for the meeting, and we also discussed the best methods for ensuring that all of the homeowners submit a vote. The criteria for passing an amendment to the covenants is a majority vote of the lot owners.
- Newsletter. Done! Sent out the week of 4/12.
- Garage Sale. Annual garage sale is targeted for 5/1.
- Bailey Issues – Teri sent Bailey’s letter from his lawyer to the association attorney. Teri will follow up with the association attorney in the next week to discuss follow up actions.
- Mike Sullivan composed a letter to the homeowners that border the trail that was improved stating that the association’s responsibilities in this matter are not completed.
** New Business
- The issue of increased speeding on 49th was discussed as a growing concern. Everyone agreed that we need to have people call police as soon as speeding or aggressive driving is observed.
- The North pond fountain is not functioning properly; Teri will touch base with John Junk to see if he can take a look.
- Houses with neglected landscaping need to have letters sent; Mark will prepare and send out.
