** Treasurers Report

- There is currently one homeowner with outstanding dues; letters will be issued. We currently have $19,519.68 in the bank. We will review a draft of the 2005 budget at the November meeting.

** Landscape Committee Report

- Tim purchased the sensors needed to fix the lighting in the cul-de-sacs and will work with Pat to get them installed. Further discussion centered on landscaping improvements for the South pond to make it more presentable before winter sets in, Tim will continue to work this. We will allocate $7,500 to improve before year end.

** ACC Report

- No report at this meeting.

** Safety Committee Report

- No report this meeting.

** Old Business

- Pond Pumps. North pond pump was replaced successfully. The south pond pump is broken and needs to be repaired (the pump has been fixed).

** New Business

- Fall Newsletter. Pat had the first draft of the newsletter and was reviewed by all present. Newsletter targeted to go out by November 1^st.

- Christmas lighting contest and party (Party is 12/12 at Tim Robert’s house, starting at 5:00pm)

- Annual Meeting. Thursday, December 2^nd.

- New Fee Structure. The new fee structure will be included in the newsletter.
