Stonebrook Homeowners Association Meeting Minutes 10-15-04

Attendees:  Teri Johnson (President), Mike Sullivan (Treasurer),  Jeff Kurle (Board Member), Tim Roberts (Vice President), Joel Chaplin (Secretary), Rick Dennison (Board Member)

 

Next meeting is the Annual Meeting on Thursday, December 2nd at Green Gables Elementary, at 7:00pm.

** Treasurers Report

-         There is currently one homeowner with outstanding dues and a lien on their property.  We currently have $14,334.52 in the bank.

-         2005 Budget.  We reviewed the draft of the 2005 budget and made slight modifications; will present in full at the annual meeting.

 

** Landscape Committee Report

-         South Pond.  Tim obtained firm estimates of $6,000 to make the South pond presentable before winter sets in.

-         North Pond Power.  Estimate of $1,000 to repair the power break that is effecting the entire entry way.

 

** ACC Report

-         No report at this meeting.

 

** Safety Committee Report

-         No report this meeting.

 

  ** New Business       

-         Annual Meeting. Reviewed agenda and actions for meeting (ballots, sign in sheet).

-         Christmas lighting contest and party (Party is 12/12 at Tim Robert’s house, starting at 5:00pm)
