** Meeting Minute Review
- There was no formal meeting in January, thus there were no minutes to review.
** Treasurers Report
- 144 homeowners have paid their dues so far in 2005, and we have $29,038 in the bank.
** Landscape Committee Report
- The streetlights were out this morning; Tim will look into the timer to make sure they stay on past 6:00am. Tim will also look at getting the lights on in the South pond and fixing the power in to the island in John Junk’s cul-de-sac.

** Old Business
- The amendment to the bylaws to move the meeting to sometime in November (at the board’s discretion) was approved by the majority of homeowners voting via the dues statements.
- Boat at house near entryway. Teri discussed the issue of moving the boat with the home owner, he is working to move it into his garage.
** New Business
- Spring Newsletter. Goal is to get newsletter out by the 1st week of April; Pat Roberts mentioned he would help author. Ideas: Annual Garage Sale, South Pond (lead article?), Fine violation fee schedule (Rick, Jeff and Cynthia to coordinate approving). Articles need to be submitted to Pat by March 25th.
- Garage Sale is tentatively schedule for 1st weekend in May. Teri will contact Eloise Trout to coordinate.
- Discussed goals for 2005
1. Finish up South pond and fixing landscaping on center island.
2. Other goals will be determined after work on the South pond is completed and remaining budget is determined.
