** Meeting Minute Review
- Minutes from the February meeting were read and approved.
** Treasurers Report
- We currently have $32,264.44 in the bank.
** Landscape Committee Report
- Various landscape projects planned for the pond area was discussed.
** ACC Report
- A submittal for an awning addition to a house on 49th was discussed. It was agreed that the awning did not fit in with the look of the neighborhood.
** Old Business
- Covenant Violation Fine Schedule. The wording for a proposed fine/fee schedule for unresolved covenant violations was discussed. The board members will finalize the language and vote on the proposal by the end of April.
- Newsletter. Pat has some articles but there are more that need to be submitted. Tim submitted the lead article related to improvements for the South pond; Rick will finalize an article for the fine schedule. Other articles were discussed and we are trying to have it distributed by the end of the first week in April.
** New Business
- Garage Sale. The annual neighborhood garage sale will be Saturday, May 7th.
