** New Officers for 2006
- Discussed the appointment of officers for 2006. Teri Johnson said she would talk to Eloise Trout to see if she would be willing to take on the President role.
** Treasurers Report
- Annual dues are due by February xx. We currently have $36,954.42 in our bank account. We carried over $9,202.89 from 2005 and have collected $27,750.00 in dues for 2006.
** Landscape Committee Report
- South Pond. Discussed improvement ideas to the South pond for 2006.

** New Business
- Discussed allocating budget this year to replace mailboxes in the neighborhood that are showing their age. Jeff Kurle volunteered to lead this effort.
- The cherry trees in the entry way need to be pruned, Tim Roberts took the action to find someone to do the job.
- Mark Oswald took ownership of maintaining the center island of the entry way.
- Elisabeth is researching the possibility of installing dog “poop bag” dispensers around the neighborhood. Various options for placement, quantity, and cost were discussed. The board authorized the purchase of 4 stations and additional signs for the mailboxes.

- The newsletter should go out by April 1st. Ideas for articles:
