** Treasurers Report
- We currently have $40,000 in our bank account, and 10 homeowners with dues outstanding.
** Landscape Committee Report
- Spring activities are starting up, including island maintenance and entry way tree trimming and pruning
** ACC Report
- No activity of late
** Old Business
- Litter bags will be installed on the mailboxes to assist with dog issues
- Newsletter still on track, need to get out by 2nd week of April
- Need to start planning the neighborhood garage sale
** New Business
- Discussed some vandalism incidents in the neighborhood, including a car break-in and damage to lampposts
- Qwest DSL – Need approval for easement for Qwest box, approved by two board members – Cynthia Johnson and Robin Stanko.
