Board members need to contact potential officers for Secretary, President and Vice-President.

Talk about January meeting – Kerry Arbington replaces Jeff as new board member

Handed out sheet on updating homeowners information/email

Handed out flyer on Home Security

Teri to call lawyer and fine schedule

New mailboxes have problems with key

Next street for mailboxes is 47^th Ave SW

Ground water problem – county line issue, need to find out who is responsible

Poop bags on Westside of 47^th Ave SW box- needs more-Robin to replace bags

Bump sign – repaired on 47^th Ave SW

Post office – check into services for flyer/postcard. Etc…Teri to look into

Coyotes – major problems, need to look into removing them-Robin to do

Northshore Golf course – petition for stoppage

Next meeting – Cynithia’s house
