Reports from Committees:
** ACC (Mark Oswald, Eloise Trout, Kris Hare)
Eric requested to be alerted when lawyer records updated covenant with change in roofing requirements so that website can be updated.
Follow up: Landscaping Non-Compliance letters
Robin brought-up question of new construction and tree removal near her home. A few residents painting and fixing exteriors of homes without submitting the ACC request form. Those residents will be contacted.
New ACC requests:
Gore Roof Replacement 4907 SW 329th
Traynor Roof Replacement 32827 50th Place

Hare Exterior Paint 4809 SW 329th
Park Roof Replacement 32924 49th Ave SW
ACC received a request for a “Rubbermaid” storage shed. Although covenant does not preclude such a structure, the structure does have to be approved through the ACC Committee. It was discussed that such a structure would need to match the materials of the home and be harmonious and conform to the Stone Brook HOA standard. It was decided that 3 photo examples of approved sheds would be given to the applicant to be included with a letter from the ACC and Board of Directors rejecting the request for a “Rubbermaid” storage shed.

Follow up: Repair/Replacement on Pond Pumps
We are still unsure about the cost to repair ponds, have approx $8,000 to spend for repairs. Eric Elgar reports delay in dredging of ponds may be due to discovery of fish in ponds. A call has been placed, still need to meet with residents and to hear from Fencing Co
