            Elizabeth called the meeting to order @ 7:02 p.m.

                        A copy of the Treasurers report was distributed and reviewed by everyone.

The 2008 Budget, current income and expense statement were reviewed.

Reports from Committees:

**ACC (Mark Oswald, Kris Hare)

The subject of non conforming sheds was brought up.  The ACC has adopted broad-based guidelines for some of the most common improvement applications, such as the installation/construction of sheds. These guidelines will be used to evaluate requests for addition and changes received from homeowners.  This document, Stone Brook Architectural Committee (ACC) Guidelines can be found on the Stone Brook website.

**Landscape Committee (Tim Roberts)

Cleaning up of green areas: Tim informs everyone that those areas have been cleaned up by our landscape company.

Main entrance landscape:  Tim will be adding some plants and flowers by the little fountain at main entrance.

**Web Site/NE Tacoma (Eric Elger)

Nothing to report at this time.

**Welcoming Committee     (Sue Fuller and Alison Elgar)

                        Sue Fuller reported one new neighbor on 49^th Ave SW (cul-de-sac).

**Neighborhood Watch  (Holly Rose)

Nothing to report at this time.

Old Business:   Update on new mailboxes: Elizabeth informs everyone that the last new mailboxes were installed and paid for.

                        Shed issue: See ACC report above.

                        Update on fence repair:  The work was completed and paid for.

                        Newsletter:  The newsletter was distributed door to door to the entire neighborhood.

Open Position: The Association is looking for a new Secretary.  This position is available immediately and was advertised in the newsletter. It was decided to also send a blast email to every homeowner to advertise the opening.  Elizabeth is to take care of this.

Storage unit:  Elizabeth informed everyone that she has gotten the keys and access code from Teri who has removed all of her belongings from the unit.

New Business:             ACC: neighborhood walk through:  It was decided that the annual neighborhood walk through would be performed during the very first week of June.  Teams were formed to take care of the different streets.

Garage Sale:  The annual Garage Sale will take place during the 1^st week of May.  New signs will be needed.  Elizabeth will take care of buying them.  Carlos will take care of advertising the event on Craig’s list.

Next meeting will be held on April 8th, 2008, at Alan Crowder’s home.
