**Neighborhood Watch  (Holly Rose)

Holly reviewed the neighborhood watch meeting held on May 8, 2008 and discussed several issues going on in the neighborhood, such as fence tipping, suspicious vehicles roaming our streets and speeders.  Any information related to the neighborhood watch can be found on the Stone Brook website at www.stonebrook.net.

Old Business:

New fence by North pond:  Mark Oswald mentioned that he has received a compliant from Martin family regarding the height of the fence.  Mark will talk with him about the fact that the fence had to be built according and in compliance with the CCR’s.

Garage sale: Was very successful.

Officers vacancies:  Secretary and Treasurer

New Business:

Neighborhood walk through:  The walk through will be done the first week of June 2008.  Groups of 2 were formed and areas were designated as to who would do which part.  The guidelines were discussed and it was agreed that the existing list of criteria should be used.

Next meeting will be held on June 10, 2008, at Kerry Abington’s home.
