**Neighborhood Watch  (Holly Rose)

Police have been monitoring our streets.  There is a discussion to put in an island roundabout at the intersection of 329^th Ave SW and 49^th Ave SW.  Carlos Cruz will contact the city with this regard.  For more information, please visit our website at www.stonebrook.net

Old Business:

Neighborhood walk through:  The walk through was done during the first week of June.  A few homeowners were sent a first letter of non-compliance.  A follow-up will be done on their property.  It was decided that a general letter would be sent to all homeowners explaining the process and what is expected from everyone before a second walk through is done in the middle of July.

September neighborhood block party:  2^nd Annual block party will be held on September 6, 2008.  The preferred location would be the cul-de-sac located at 333^rd Ct SW.  Carlos Cruz will take the lead for this party.  Sue Fuller will check with her neighbors of 333^rd Ct to make sure they agree with doing the party on their street.

New Business:

Open positions – Secretary, President and Treasurer:  Jerry Kurtti has accepted the position of Secretary and will assume this position as of July 8^th.  Regarding the Treasurer’s position, it was agreed that a contractor would assume portion of this position, thus helping with the extent of the work related to it.  Kris Hare recommended a person and will arrange to meet with her and Debra before the next meeting.

The position of President will be assumed by Tim Roberts for the rest of the year, and George Fuller will take on Tim’s position as Landscape Committee.

Next meeting will be held on July 8, 2008, at Eric & Allison Elgar’s home.
