Call to Order:
Elizabeth called the meeting to order @ 7:00 p.m., effective immediately following meeting, Tim Roberts is the new President of Stonebrook.
Reports from Officers:
Vice-President- Carlos Cruz-handed out Traffic Safety Petition to get a speed trailer, we all walked thru and discussed the handout.
Secretaries Report- Reading of the minutes was waived.
Treasurer’s Report- Debra stated there was 3 recorded liens and 4 new liens, totaling $5,000.00. Review of the 2008 budget and current income and expense statement.

**Landscape Committee (Tim Roberts) George Fuller will be replacing Tim Roberts effective immediately.
5 irritgation systems on culdesac are having problems, he will ook into bids and wiring problems.
**Web Site/NE Tacoma (Eric Elger)
Town meeting, trial is set for January 2009. Environmental Impact Statement – against builder
There will be a judge from Kitsap County that will hear the case in January. The Save NE Tacoma is still accepting donations. A comment was made that the golf course might close at the end of October 2008, they will look into this comment and report at next meeting.

September neighborhood block party- 2nd Annual
will be in court located at 333rd Ct SW, the Saturday September 6, 2008.
Outsourcing a portion of the Treasurer’s duties-Kris Hare found someone-Debra to meet and interview her.
New Business:
Transfer of Officer Positions: President-Tim Roberts, Secretary-Jerry Kurtti, Landscape-George Fuller

Next meeting will be held on August 5, 2008, location to be Tim Robert’s home at 7pm.
