Debra stated there was 6 recorded liens .  Review the 2008 budget and current income and expense statement 9 report posted on website)  A preliminary 2009 Budget was handed out.  Starting October 1, we hired a treasurer assistant for the HOA.  There were discussions of raising dues this coming  year…..not all parties in agreement.

Debra  reviewed the above Treasurers report.  A hangout was distributed to all parties.

**Neighborhood Watch  (Holly Rose) not present.  Spoke about recent  vandalism-  eggs thrown on homes and cars, fruit     thrown on mailboxes, be be guns used on car windows.

Next meeting will be held on November 10, 2008, location to be Green Gables Elementary School at 7pm for the Annual Stonebrook Homeowners meeting.
