Debra stated there are 7 liens outstanding.  Annual homeowner due statements went out the first week of January, however, several of us have not or did not receive theirs. The 2008 budget was reviewed and the cash flow continues to be in the positive.

 
 

Debra  reviewed the above Treasurers report.  A hangout was distributed to all parties.

      Another use occurred in December with a Nissan Gray minivan that ran into one of our mailboxes, the  

License plate is 054RSS, there was a hit &run on 12-19-08.  If anyone know who this homeowner is, please contact Tim Roberts, President at trobe31818@aol.com 

 
 

**Landscape Committee (George Fuller)

Repaired North pond light.

Graffiti was removed from the South side of our neighborhood sign.

 
 

**Web Site/NE Tacoma (Eric Elger)

The question was asked if a calendar of events would be available on our website, Eric agreed.  He will put in place a calendar for any homeowner to see what’s happening.

            There were no new families to our neighborhood.

 
 
 

**Neighborhood Watch  (Holly Rose) not present

            Ask Holly to have next week combined with the monthly homeowner meeting,

 
 

**Old Business:

Water on 330^th Court- City is involved and will scope break and report findings.  Email to be sent out to  homeowner.

NE Tacoma- response on golf course issue.  Kitsap County judge had his ruling from January’s court date.  The report on the current status will be reported next month, Eric Elgar has been handling the information in regards to this situation.

**New Business:

Mailbox on 49^th Ave SW

Miller Brothers (landscape company) bill for December.  The bill needs to be prorated for December, due to snow.

Dog bags/holders will be moved from location on 47^th next Green Gables to 49^th Ave SW and one of the 2 holders on 47^th Ave will be moved to a location on 329^th.  There was a discussion on if there should be signage on the dog bag holders for neighborhood use only, at this time we have chosen to reposition them .

Next meeting will be held on February 10^th at 7pm.
