**Old Business:

Mailbox incident still pending follow up with Federal Police.  Property damage occurred, new mailbox was installed at a cost of $1411.55. 

**New Business:

Talk about Garage sale, it is the first weekend in May and Green Day.  We are looking into having our “First Annual Volunteer Green Day”, this is where our neighborhood will come together and clean up our common areas….  We are targeting  Saturday April 25^th.  Flyers will be posted around the neighborhood as well as an email to homeowners.  Look for it soon.
