**Old Business:

Mailbox incident still pending follow up with Federal Police.  Property damage occurred, new mailbox was installed at a cost of $1411.55.  Still pending police report.

Green Day-April 25^th it was successful…..a few neighbors came out to clean up the neighborhood….Thank you to all who helped out.

Annual compliance walk-thru-completed and letters will be going out to homeowners out of compliance.
