Treasurer (Debra Cammack)

Recap of YTD income and expenses was reviewed. The report will be posted on the website.  There is concern about the shortfall in the budget. There are 11 homes with liens for past dues currently. One home is in the process of being list for sale by the bank. The HOA was contacted for payoff information and it was provided to the realtor.

A discussion was held on who needs to submit an ACC request. It was decided that the all exterior improvements seen from the street and the backyards must have an ACC request according to the covenants even though in the past this was not done. It is important to be consistent as we go forward so the community is protected.

Bob Searcy presented a Roofing Material Aid to help homeowners decide on which acceptable roof brand they can choose from.

Tim Roberts has a list of non compliant homeowners and the first letter will be mailed in the next 2 weeks.

** Landscape Committee                 (George Fuller)

                It is time to add bark the common areas.  The water bill was discussed.                

                **Web Site/NE Tacoma Committee (Eric Elgar)

An update of the progress with the Save NE Tacoma committee was reviewed by Eric. The golf course is still in a hold situation.

**Neighborhood Watch    

Holly emailed the officers and board members reminding everyone that National Night Out (NNO) is August 4^th.  Holly wanted to know if our HOA would like to participate. The item was decided that the HOA will participate and have an ice cream social and hold the monthly meeting to coincide with the event. $100.00 is allocated for the event. Robin will organize the ice cream social event.

Old Business:

After Summer Picnic: Carlos was not at the meeting to update the progress. It was discussed that we should only spend $500.00 this year as compared to the $800.00 spent last year.
