            Absent: Mark Oswald, Allison Elgar, Jerry Kurtti,

            A quorum was not present.

Call to Order:

      Tim Roberts called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm

 

Reports from Officers:

      Vice-President: no report     

 

      Secretary: There were no minutes submitted for the July meeting, the minutes are posted on line.

 

      Treasurer:

Recap of YTD income and expenses was reviewed. The report will be posted on the website.  Status of liens

      Bob Searcy has decided to leave the ACC committee. Thank you Bob for all of your hard work this past year.

Old Business:

      Summer Picnic

      Annual compliance walk-through, Tim will mail the letters to the homeowners

      Water leak on 330^th property

      Damaged mailbox status from hit and run, Tim will follow up with the police report.

 

New Business:

Homeowner concern regarding water leak that is and backyard non compliance, Tim will followup with a call to the health department
