Attendance: Board members, officers and committee members:

            Absent: Kerry Abington, George Fuller, Mark Oswald, Allison Elgar, Jerry Kurtti, Cathy Olson

            A quorum was not present

 

Call to Order: Tim Roberts called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm

 

Reports from Officers:

      Vice-President: Carlos is working on the summer picnic, Robin will send out another Evite to remind everyone.

 

      Secretary:  (open seat) There were no minutes submitted for the August meeting

 

      Treasurer’s Report:

Debra reviewed the current income and expense statement (report posted on website) One homeowner paid their 2009 dues in full and one partial payment was received from another. There are currently 10 outstanding liens.

Although the turnout was somewhat small, the fire department and police department mentioned that our NNO participation was better than most neighborhoods. It was agreed that our HOA should participate again next year with more notice to the homeowners.

            Home burglaries: Sullivan, LeDoux and Nguyen

 

Old Business:

      Summer Picnic

Annual compliance walk-through, the letters were mailed. A discussion was held that the walk through should take place more than once a year.

      Water leak on 330^th property

      Damaged mailbox status from hit and run, Tim will follow up on police report

      Homeowner concern regarding water leak
