                        Home burglary update

Federal Way Police officer & liaison attended annual meeting.  Great information was provided as well as    handouts…if you were not able to attend meeting, please email robinstanko@pnwrealty.com

Mailbox incident.  The police are involved again and we are moving forward. 

Water leak on 330^th property

**New Business:

Election of new officers & board member-We were not able to vote on new positions due to a low turn out of homeowners….we need 16 people for a quorum.  We encourage the neighbors to take pride in their neighborhood and to give a small amount of time to keep Stonebrook the best neighborhood in Federal Way.

Christmas Party will be December 13, 2009 at 5pm. Please join us for this fun for the family event.  Food & beverages will be provided.
