ALERT***  There has been a solicitor in the neighborhood without credentials…going up to neighbors    doors and asking strange questions or if they are moving or not…be on the alert.  Always call 911 non-emergency and report any behavior.  Also, any vehicle that looks suspicious….PLEASE get license plate number and report it or email Stonebrook site.   www.stonebrook.net

**Old Business:

Discussion of homeowner dues not paid by homeowners….we agreed to post past due address’s of homeowners who still owe for previous years on HOA dues. 

Mailbox incident- Tim Roberts will be following up with insurance agent of homeowner who hit the mailbox last year.

Discussion of replacing fence this spring.

Follow up with Tim on current status of reimbursement of mailbox damage.

We were not able to vote on new positions due to a low turn out of homeowners….we need 16 people for a qorum.  We encourage the neighbors to take pride in their neighborhood and to give a small amount of time to keep Stonebrook the best neighborhood in Federal Way.

We are in need of now mailing out a Proxy to homeowners for the election.  Look forward that….
