Tim called the meeting to order @ 7:04 p.m..

**Landscape Committee (George Fuller) - landscape contract being changed to Blue
Sky.

**Web Site/NE Tacoma (Eric Elger)
Great news on saveNETacoma. The City Council unanimously voted to uphold the
hearing examiners decision. Although, there may another appeal and potentially
go to Superior Court, this is a clear victory and overcoming it would be very
difficult for the developer.

**Neighborhood Watch nobody present from committee
ALERT*** Carlos alerted us that a white SUV possibly an Explorer or Blazer drove
back and forth on 47th. Someone got out of the car and approached his front door
the first week of April. The police were called. Our neighborhood has relatively
police activity so we tend to be ignored. Everyone is encouraged to phone 911
with any suspicious activity or speeding so there will be a stronger police
awareness and presence.
**Old Business:
Discussion of homeowner dues not paid by homeowners….we agreed to post past due
address’s of homeowners who still owe for previous years on HOA dues.
Mailbox incident- Tim Roberts will be following up with insurance agent of
homeowner who hit the mailbox last year.
**New Business:
Discussion of replacing fence this spring.
Follow up with Tim on current status of reimbursement of mailbox damage.
The neighborhood walk will be soon; a committee was formed
Annual garage sale will be Saturday June 5th….Everyone agreed to place an ad in
the Mirror
Next meeting will be held on May 11, 2010 at 7pm Green Gables Elementary School
