**ACC Cathy Olson reported two roofing applications.
**Landscape Committee (George Fuller)
o Landscape contract being changed to Blue Sky are now coming every few weeks
o Hopefully better service will restore the grass and remove moss around the south side of the entrance.
o Will re-landscape around Stonebrook signs with short perennials
o -George is pulling out dead plants
o -Alan Hages reports that the Col-de-sac on 48th post light is cracked and not working right
o This was replaced last year – will replace again

o Homes for Sale

**Neighborhood Watch nobody present from committee
o A car was seen driving on the sidewalk and wrong side of the street. Patty to find date for National Night Out.
**Old Business:
o Mailbox incident-
§ Received payment for the broken mail box
o Tim Roberts received quotes for the fencing the state park entrance, the best being $8,800.00
**New Business:
o The neighborhood walk will be on the week of June 8.
o Annual garage sale will be Saturday June 5th….Everyone agreed to place an ad in the Mirror
o
There
was a discussion of the house for rent at 32745 47th Ave. SW and the
poor condition of the yard. The owners are out of state.
Debra to send first letter.
Next meeting will be held on June 8, 2010 at 7pm Green Gables Elementary
School
