Minutes from July Meeting

Held at the home of Tim Robert’s

Attendance:

            PRESENT: Board Members, Officers and Committee Members

Call to Order:

            Tim called the meeting to order at 7:05pm

Reports from Officer

            Secretaries Report – Reading of the minutes was waived.

            Treasurer’s Report – Debra

·         Received two payments for late dues including interest

·         Reviewed budget and current income and expense statement ( report posted on website)

·         July invoices mailed to 14 homeowners. Liens to be filed on August 1^st for 3 newest late dues.

·         Insurance paid $1320

·         Name of US Marshall has been placed as legal owner on 33021 49^th. Letter being mailed to US Marshall regarding yard maintenance

·         Email sent to 32745 47^th regarding late dues, non compliance for landscaping and non compliance for the “For Rent” and “For Sale” yard signs.

Reports from Committees

**ACC ( Bryant not present, Cathy Olson not present)

• Roofs installed that are not proper grade must be removed.
• Should late ACC requests be accepted after work is performed and should fines be imposed?
• President is only person to sign any correspondence
• Driveways must be aggregate
• A letter regarding compliance will be mailed to every homeowner certified reminding of ACC guidelines

Welcoming Committee – Sue

• No new buyers. New renters will be presented with a welcome package.

Neighborhood Watch – Holly and Patty not present ( email report)

• Requested a police car and fire truck to visit on National Night Out August 3^rd
• Tacoma Utilities is offering an incandescent bulb exchange for free on NNO.

Old Business

      Neighborhood Walk Through

• Major offenses were basketball hoops ( 2 permanently planted) and visible recycle bins ( walk through performed on a Friday evening so garbage and recycle should not be visible) Christmas lights, weeding and painting

      NNO – August 3^rd

• Holly will create a sign to advertise on mailboxes with RSVP for ice cream social. She will ask Kirk Westrick if a movie should be included following NNO.

New Business

• Summer Picnic – Carlos not present
• Non Compliance Letters – 11 not paid
