                        A car break stolen and recovered.

                        Exteriors light at a home on 47^th Ave SW were smashed during Christmas break.

Always call 911 non-emergency and report any behavior.  Also, any vehicle that looks suspicious….PLEASE get license plate number and report it or email StoneBrook site.   www.stonebrook.net

Old Business:

            Christmas Party-discussed a successful party, good turn out, houses voted on

            Letter to Renters- many letters went out to homeowners to pass along CCR’s to renters, ultimately, homeowner is responsible

            New Proxy Form- homeowners are retuning those with their dues this year.

New Business:

2011 Annual budget – made some adjustments on budget.  Discussions on spending some of our overage on a new street light, bark throughout the neighborhood…discussions were made, no approval on  anything at this time.              

48^th Ave SW has an issue with their sidewalk.  City of FW is involved, hope to have that fixed first quarter.

Next meeting will be held on  February 8, 2011  at 7pm  Green Gables School Cafeteria
