Call to Order:

            Tim called the meeting to order at 7:06pm

Reports from Officers:

            Secretaries Report – Reading of the minutes was waived.

            Treasurer’s Report – Debra Cammack

·         2011 invoices have been mailed with the 2011 event calendar and proxy form. 119 of 250 dues payments received.

·         One home up for auction; a couple short sale

Reports from Committees

ACC ( Bryant Hitchcock, Cathy Olson not present)

• Have not received any submissions
• Nothing in covenants regarding flagpoles

Landscaping – George Fuller

• Nothing to report

Welcoming Committee – Sue Fuller

• 2 new owners Woodbury and Jorgensen. New renter on 328^th corner

Old Business

• Mailed 22 garbage can letters . Cans not properly shielded from neighbors
• Next warning in two weeks

New Business

• Summit neighborhood has had driveway lanterns broken
• Change neighborhood walk through timing. Early walk through to address paint issues so people can be prepared to address in early spring.
• Received an email from homeowner asking for reduction in dues as there is cash on hand. Immediate expenses to deplete cash include bark $4800 ( approximate 80 yards blown in $4700 - $6100), an additional new street light at 4 way stop. Tim will contact the city to negotiate their participation ( $6200 approx) replace fence around fountain
