Call to Order:

            Tim Roberts called the meeting to order at 7:03pm

Reports from Officers:

            Secretaries Report – Reading of the minutes was waived.

            Treasurer’s Reort – Debra Cammack

·         See income and expense report ending 3/31/2011

·         Van Buren posted wrong for sale sign;

·         Lien on Davidson and Fricano; Kim/Young for sale

·         Six new liens filed

·         Pursue opportunities to gain more interest on savings and checking. Currently earning .01% on checking at Bank of America and .05% on savingsBECU checking .10% and money market .25%

Reports from Committees:

ACC

• Received two requests: new back door and exterior paint/deck/hot tub

Landscaping – George Fuller

• Called for repair of lights out on 46^th,48^th and 49^th
• Graffiti on Stonebrook sign needs to be painted
• Tim suggested buying flats of primroses to plant amongst signs ( on sale at Fred Meyer)
• Need to repaint white behind signs

NE Tacoma

• Meeting held last Tuesday
• No new information to report. Developer appeals in process

Welcome Committee – Sue Fuller

• Two new renters

Neighborhood Watch

            No report

Old Business

• Walk through – schedule when can consistently mow possibly before Memorial Day
• Garage Sale May 21 8am – 4pm. Ad will be placed in Mirror, News Tribune plus 4 sandwich boards

New Business

• Dog litter bag boxes need to be filled. Ordered 3200 for $190. People are stealing handfuls. Near Green Gables using bags for dirty soccer cleats
