Held at Green Gables Elementary

Call to Order:

            Tim called the meeting to order at 7:03pm

Reports from Officers:

            Seceretaries Report – Reading of the minutes was waived.

            Treasurer’s Report – Debra Cammack

·         Speaking with attorney for action plan

·         3 new liens filed 5/11 Van Buren, Park and Kim.

·         US Marshall house check being received 5/11 mailed to attorney. To meet compliance they will pressure wash and paint railings. Alan and Robin to house tomorrow 4pm for compliance inspection

·         Large expense this month was bark

Reports from Committees:

ACC

• Nothing requested

Landscaping

• Bark completed. Excess bark stolen. Green Valley said ok for person to take. Robin knows someone got the license plate and name of person taking excess. Robin will follow up
• New contract signed with landscaping company

Web Site/NE Tacoma

• Start new Facebook page for Stonebrook. Homeowners can “like”. Burglaries can be reported faster through facebook

Neighborhood Watch

• Creating email stonebrookneighborhoodwatch@gmail.com
• People are not reporting vandalism. Assuming that if damage less than insurance deductible they don’t need to call police or report.
• Lindsey at FWPD confirmed incidents are not being reported to police
• Consider security patrol but require a long term contract. All they do is observe and report
• Most damage being done on the street
• Stealing titles from car
• Typical time between midnight and 2am
• If something doesn’t feel right call and report. Use instinct.
